What does the PTSA really do?
This year the PTSA has...
Purchased school supplies for teachers at the beginning of the year
Held several Accelerated Reader parties for students
Provided Wrist Bands for the Middle School Cat Cash insentive
Held a Good Manners party for the 4th Grade
Financed the Star Student, Star Teacher banquet
Candy donation for Red Ribbon Week
Financed the expense of sending a student to Youth Leadership camp
Financed student activies including a field trip to VSU's Mock Trial
Provided stage decorations for Kindergarten Graduation
Sponsored the school Writing Fair
Held our annual Fall Festival and donated 30% of the earnings to classroom teachers for supplies and materials.
